    Hi all,

well, on my holiday we went to a place called ‘White River’ which is close to Nelspruit. Took us a while to drive down from the coast as we took the N11 and they were busy with road works. We spent the night and the next day there at the bee farm. One of many things on our list of things to do.

It was very exciting and we had a big jol, we were scared at first of the bees but got use to it. We saw how they extracted the honey and the procedure involved to get to the end product. I must say that making honey is not as easy as you think. I can say that I have honey with my coffee now and have become accustomed to the taste.

Brett showed us many things about honey and it was all fascinating, learned some new things and think twice before killing a bee. The farm lifestyle is for me and really made me think about my situation.

Below are a few pictures, hope you all enjoy it.
