Well, this is a question that I get asked a lot.

The answer is simple and easy to understand from anyone\’s point of view. As I come across some free goodies while browsing the net, I like to share it with others around the world.

Yes, I do receive a lot of help and tips from other bloggers and this is my own way of giving back to the community. It\’s sort of a give and take situation and many have benefited from it.

eBooks and articles normally come with different kinds of rights for distributing or selling. I have listed them below to make it easier for you to know what the difference is.

Private Label Rights (PLR):

PLR are also termed as PLR, Private Label Resale Rights, and Private Label Resell Rights. Private Label Rights (PLR) allows you to change the ebook and sales pages in any manner you see fit. You can change or alter the ebook or sales pages even if it\’s just the title or first and second paragraphs. You can also place your name on the ebook as the author.

With Private Label Rights (PLR) you can combine multiple products into a unique package and resell the entire package. With Private Label Rights the purchaser is granted permission to compile the content from multiple sources into larger documents or piece together multiple documents to create new ebooks, ecourses, articles, blog entries or website content. In turn you can resell these newly created products with the rights of your choice whether they are Private Label Rights or Master Resale Rights.

All Private Label Rights products include the MS Word Source Document to allow you to easily edit the product\’s content. With Private Label Rights products you can add your affiliate links to the product to generate more income from your product as well.

You retain all profits from the sale of a Private Label Rights product. Private Label Resale Rights are licensed to the purchaser. This means the purchaser may republish and resell the item retaining all profits.

Master Resale Rights (MRR):

Master Resale Rights are also termed as MRR and Master Resell Rights. Master Resale Rights allow you to, not only resell the product, but also sell Master Resale Rights to the new owner if you choose. Your customer in turn can also resell the product to their own customers. Master Resale Rights can be sold with the product or sold separately for an additional fee.

Unlike Private Label Rights, Master Resale Rights DOES NOT allow you to edit the product to make it your own. All copyrights must remain in tack with the product upon resale. Master Resale Rights products never include Private Label Rights.

With Master Resale Rights you keep 100% of the profits and still enjoy the product.

Resale Rights (RR):

If what you are buying, or even receiving free, contains the Resale Rights to the ebook, you are allowed to resell it. Watch the small print to find out if you are allowed to give it away as an incentive, if you are allowed to sell it for any price you choose, or if there is a fixed price or lowest price. You will be buying these rights to be able to sell the books to make money from people who want to read the book for the information contained in it.

Free Rights:

Products that are provided for free on our site may or may not include Master Resale Rights or Private Label Rights. Therefore you may not be able to obtain the product and resell it for profit. Additionally you may not be able to edit the product in any form. All copyrights must remain in tack with the products that do not contain Master Resale Rights.

Our free products are provided to allow you to give the product away on your own website, within newsletters, etc. This is a great way to gain additional traffic to your website, improve newsletter signups, increase sales, etc.

Yes, you can contact me and submit your own download files to be listed. I would of course first have to check the contents of the download that all is in order. If approved, I will add your download to the downloads list and I might even publish a post about it.

Details to submit:

• First and last name
• Website name and url (for reference)
• Name and small description of the download
• Rights of the download (PLR, MRR, RR or free)
• Link to the download file
• and any additional information you want to share

Well, there is no limitations on who can guest post. All you have to do is register and then contact me with your username. I will upgrade your account to \’contributor\’ and then you can submit your post for approval.

This is easy and should not take to much time to complete. The first would be to

• Enter your first and last name
• Enter your website url if you have one. This will be used within the post by your user bio
• Make sure the email address used is linked with Gravatar. Your avatar will be showed by your posts bio. This makes it a bit more appealing
• Make sure to enter a small description by your user bio. This will be used within the post by your user bio
• If you have an Google Adsense account then make sure to populate your details so that you can start earning extra cash from our Revenue Sharing Program

Anything that is either related to any of the categories that already exist, although I could create a category if need be.

Well, there are some factors that will play a role for guest posts and they are important for my blog as well as for me.

• You would have to first submit your post for approval, which can take a few days depending on my schedule
• I would check your user profile details to see that all are in order as this would be displayed on the guest post
• I would check if the post has images in as I don\’t just want paragraph after paragraph, that makes the post looking plain and boring
• I would check all links (internal and external) to ensure that you have not gone crazy with links all over the place
• I would also double check that you have not posted the same content somewhere else (on another website)
• I would see if the post would be beneficial to my readers and relates to my blog or not
• I might reject the post depending if the above is not met and would inform you to edit the post again and then resubmit it

• I will not allow to many outbound links, depending on the article submitted
• Article must be uniquely written by you
• Article must be exclusive for this blog only, which means you can’t post it anywhere else. I will be double checking this. If you are found guilty, you will be removed as a contributor and your post will be deleted
• Not to many affiliate links in your article
• Try and use images within your articles and try and make them as small as possible in size. I would want you to upload the images directly to my blog
• Please make sure of copyright laws on all images or content submitted
• The author must have a gravatar assigned to their email address. Learn more about Gravatars and get approved with no issues

Yes we do offer link exchanges and are happy to list your website or product. You can visit our recommended websites page whereby we list all the links. These links have been created since the blog was started and there are many interesting websites to visit.

A few details are needed for your link to be listed and they are:

• Title – this will be used as your anchor text
• Link – this is the link you want to be listed
• Description – small description about your website so that others can know a bit more about what your website is all about
