You’ve heard of Twitter before, right? It’s a microblogging platform that allows you to post short ‘posts’ in 140 characters or less. Twitter is a very powerful tool for bloggers; if used properly, you can gain a substantial amount of traffic.

So, you have users commenting on your site and you want to somehow spice up the comments area to display a link link to their Twitter page. That’s very easy with this WordPress plugin. A few clicks and all is set up.
I have seen on many sites that there is a place you can enter your Twitter username and it will create a link to your Twitter page within the comments area. This helps .....

Some users have been asking how I have a floating Twitter badge/button on my site. This is so basic and should not take you more than 5 minutes to set up and implement.

I came across a repository for the meanings and manglings of words and language on Twitter. I have to say that not even I knew that some of them existed. Some are cool and others a bit obvious.
There are loads of them and I have just selected 25 below:
Attwaction: A crush (intellectual or physical) on a fellow twitterer.
Attwacker: Someone that verbally assaults someone on Twitter. A.K.A., a Twamer (one who flames someone).

Thesis Tutorial – Displaying Users Twitter link in the Comments Section

I recently reviewed the TwitterLink Comments WordPress Plugin and this post will now explain how to manually implement the Twitter link in your comments section. If you know the plugin already, then you can carry on reading below. If not, then I suggest you familiarise yourself with plugin functionality first.
