A Filipino is simple a Philippine citizen. I’m a Filipino (or filipina to be more precise) since I live in the Philippines.

Why don’t they write it in English? I have many Filipino friends and they are all speaking English. Anyway, thanks for the ebook.

Same thoughts too, like @phaloo. Most Filipinos here (even those who had little education) could understand English pretty well. This is also a disadvantage to those Filipinos who were born and raised on other countries (like the US) who understand snippets of the language. Besides, most Filipinos agree that it’s easier to read text in English than in Filipino.

Anyway, this is still interesting.
