When I first started out in the IM niche back in June 2007 I was complete newbie and I didn’t have a clue.
During my first month I made $7,230.95 in online profits but I did more things wrong than I did right. My sales copy was atrocious. The emails I sent were disjointed and full of hype. And my sales funnel was non-existent.
Back then even the most basic technical tasks escaped me and people laugh when I tell the story that it was January 2008 before I learnt how to do FTP (I wish I was joking). If someone would have suggested I need a new ‘backend’ I would have slapped them for suggesting my bum was too big! I didn’t understand the terminology and I had only the most basic grasp of marketing too.
