Follow and Social WP Plugins

I wanted to let you know of some Follow and Social WordPress plugins that you can add to your site to increase your PR or backlinks. I know many have them already, but maybe you see something better or new.

I currently have DoFollow and CommentLuv installed and they are awesome.

DoFollow and Follow WP Plugins

CommentLuv – Pass a bit of luv onto your commenters by providing a titled link to their last blog post. This plugin attempts to parse the feed of the comment author by visiting their site and looking for their feed while they type their comment and appends it once they submit.

Dofollow – The dofollow plugin for WordPress lets you remove the evil nofollow attribute from your comments. Because nofollow will not work.

No Follow Tags In Posts – No Follow Tags In Posts searches for links to large websites that use the ‘nofollow’ tags for external links, and puts the same tag on your links to those sites.

Add No Follow Links – Add Nofollow searches for links to large websites that use the ‘nofollow’ tags for external links, and puts the same tag on your links to those sites.

Social WP Plugins

Social Bookmarks – The Social Bookmarks plugin for WordPress adds a list of XHTML compliant graphic links at the end of your posts and/or pages that allow your visitors to easily submit them to a number of social bookmarking sites.

Social Bookmarking RELOADED – The Social Bookmarking RELOADED plugin for WordPress adds a list of XHTML compliant graphic links at the end of your posts and/or pages that allow your visitors to easily submit them in a number of social bookmarking sites. Furthermore, the plugin adds a page in the WordPress admin section that lets you customize it.

Social Dropdown – This plugin displays several social bookmarking options in a dropdown. Unlike other social bookmarking displays, this does not cause clutter.

HB Social Bookmarks – The Social Bookmark plugin is a “ready to run” addon for the WordPress blogsoftware. It adds a list of 16x16px icons of the most common social bookmark services to your wordpress blog. It comes as a sidebar widget that can be activated and positioned in the admin’s widget configuration interface. The plugin takes care of the correct transfer of bookmarking titles, URLs and descriptions individually generated from your content. You can activate or deactivate each social bookmark service individually through your wordpress administration interface. The Plugin is fully XHTML 1.0 Transitional compatible.

Social Buttons – Selectively add social network buttons such as digg, sphinn, etc to your posts or theme design.

Hey Social – is the coolest way to interact with the visitors of your blog, so that they can submit your posts and pages to the most famous Social services, such as Digg, Twitter, De.licio.us and so on.

Social Links – is a sidebar widget that displays icon links to your profile pages on other social networking sites.

Simple Social Bookmarking Plugin – Will add bookmark icon for each post and page to share with popular social bookmarking sites.

Top Social Bookmarking Buttons – The plugins contais the top social bookmarking buttons on the net. Post your articles to the social bookmarking sites and get traffic. The plugin supports SociBook.com, Digg.com, Google.com, Delicious, StumbleUpon, Yahoo Buzz and FaceBook.

ShareThis – The ShareThis WordPress plugin provides a quick, simple to use, and unobtrusive way for users to add your post to many social bookmarking sites, or to send your post link via email, AIM, Facebook, MySpace and more.

Add to Any: Share/Bookmark/Email Button – Help readers share, save, bookmark, and email your posts and pages using any service, such as Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Delicious, and over 100 more social bookmarking and sharing sites. The button comes with Add to Any’s customizable Smart Menu, which places the services visitors use at the top of the menu, based on each visitor’s browsing history.

AddThis Sidebar Widget – This widget adds the feed subscription and/or social bookmarking buttons from AddThis to your sidebar. This is a convenient way for visitors to subscribe to your feed or bookmark your pages without cluttering the sidebar with a gazillion buttons for all the different feed readers and social bookmark sites.

Did I miss one? Would you like me to add it to the list? Just let me know and I will update the post.
