So, I’m hoping that the title of this post has caught your eye. I have had a free pixel site for sometime now and the uptake has not been what I expected.
I bought the script from texmedia.de a few years back and tried hosting it on a separate domain, but eventually installed it on the Serradinho.com domain as I was not getting the results I hoped for.
Serradinho Free Pixels is a place where you can put a link to your site or product for free. Yes, I will not charge you monthly or yearly fees and your link will be shown for many, many months.
At this stage, I’m offering you 4 blocks for your link. You can place an image for your site by either using your own image or by selecting one from the available images I have provided.
My free pixel site currently has a page rank of PR1, which I am proud of and I hope that this will continue to rise in the near future. My goal is to obtain a page rank of PR3.
At this current moment, I would say that 1/3 of the spots have already been taken and that there is still enough space for you to add yours. It will take you less than 5 minutes to select your blocks, enter the info and click on the confirmation email. Once it’s set, your link will appear and you will be receiving traffic from my pixel site.

What do you think of free pixels?
They were cool when they first came out. Definitely can’t count on them to get any traffic. I thought about making a smaller version before that would fit in the header or just below the header of a site. Something like 2 rows of 10 75x75pixel squares… or something like that and charge a small monthly fee… but I never did try it.
Have you added your link yet?
I just did… thanks George! It looks ugly, as I did not know what to put, so I put a bunch of hundred dollar bills and it is hard to tell what it is.

I really liked the idea when it was new but nowadays there are a bit to many to get the unique touch. I actually thought about create something similar with Facebook. “Facebookpixels.com” or “millionfacebook.com”.
