I’ve just skimmed it through but the first eBook on loosing weight seems to be really interesting. The problem I’ve got with working from home is that I don’t get the basic walking any longer. When I was younger I walked to school, walked in school, walked home from the school every day. Even though this was not training I got some regular exercise every day. A few weeks I started to take a walk every day but new methods are always great.

@Stefan – find something that you can do in the house, it does not have to be hectic. How about taking a 5 minute break every few minutes and letting yourself walk around or do some exercise.

I actually bought a exercise bike last year just to be able to work out at home. By placing it in front of my TV while playing Fifa I have a tendency to be able to cycle for half an hour without thinking about it.
