Another week down and there are more WordPress plugins to have a look at. I have somewhat made this a weekly tradition of mine to help others know what are the new plugins available for download
WP-PhotoNav
This plugin is a rewrite of a JavaScript snippet called PhotoNav. It provides for easy integration of panorama pictures in a WordPress page through using shortcode. The user can “rotate” the view of the panorama by moving the mouse over the image area.
gWpExcerpt
Is a plugin for WordPress that allow you to change the words used when you show a post using the_excerpt function, that by default is 50 words.

Display Scheduled Posts
Let’s a user create a page or a post which will display a list of posts that are scheduled to be published with their titles and schedule date.

Google Voice Plugin
The Google Voice Widget plugin allows WordPress sites to add a Google Voice Widget to anyplace they have widgets on their site. Also, more features to come soon!
Quiz Master
This adds a quiz function to your website. Use the [quizmaster] shortcode on post or page to display your quiz. Able to handle Multiple Choice and True/False questions.

LJ Custom Menu Links
Is a plugin that allows you to put extra links in the menus of most WordPress Themes. It is unique in the way that it doesn’t require any code changes to your theme as the extra links are added within WordPress core functionality.

User Count
Simply displays the number of users who have an account on your blog to the admin dashboard. Also lists number of users by user role.

One-Time Password
This simple to use plugin enables you to login to your WordPress weblog using passwords which are valid for one session only. One-time passwords prevents stealing of your main password in less trustworthy environments, like internet cafés, for example by keyloggers.

Simple Twits
Is meant to be simple. It allows you to showcase your followers as well as your tweet. Just drop or into your blog and your set.
vertical scroll recent registered user
This plugin will vertically scroll the recent registered user with avatar & date in sidebar.

TweetiePie
This twitter plugin outputs your twitter updates to your WordPress blog. It linkifies hash tags and @replies while properly caching. It is called TweetiePie because it uses the SimplePie WordPress plugin to pull the tweets from twitter and cache them.

SEO Top Tip
Displays a customizable tip at the top of the content area just above the first post on the homepage. It can be used to serve a tip to both visitors and search engines alike.

Forum Server
Is a complete forum system for your WordPress blog. The forum is built in so no work is needed by you to integrate it into your site. This is a much more advanced and better than the WP-Forum plugin but the original code did come from there.

Keyword Optimizer
The keyword optimizer SEO plugin was developed so that important blog post keywords on a website could be optimized using the HTML <strong>, <em> and <u> tags. It allows the webmaster to select the keywords he/she wants to optimize from the administration panel and let’s them assign a limit to the number of times a chosen effect is applied to those keywords.

Freelance Status
Sidebar-widget displaying your freelance-availability status (nicely). Might be used for other stuff as well.
Countdown to Next Post
Will display a countdown timer that counts down towards your next scheduled post. The countdown to your next post can be added as a widget, manually to your sidebar, or into any post or page.

Did you use Forum Server by any chance? Or, do you know of a website that is using it? It sounds interesting. I have a few different WordPress blogs that I could set up a WordPress forum for. I’d like to check it out before installing it.

@Jason – I don’t know of any site using it, but maybe head over to the authors site and see if there are any comments from people using the plugin. I’m sure there are a few trying it out.
I think ProjectList plugin work great for webmaster out there =)

Now they all make more sense to me.
Being a new WP user it’s fascinating to actually try and explore the plugins. I’m interested in Seo Top Tip, kinda like the Greetbox only it could be used as a post-promotional tool/special message @ advice for visitors. May come in handy.
