Professional and Personalized Twitter Backgrounds and other Designs: Twarks.net Review

Well, one has to really make a good impression when it comes to ones Twitter background as well as site design. First impressions can have a lsting effect and could make or break your success.

A friend of mine, Liane, who blogs at Better Blogging for Bloggers has created her very own site called Twarks. She creates highly versatile background designs for Twitter as well as other design services. They cover Twitter background themes starting from professional, corporate and then moving to the more personal ones.

Twarks.net - Turning diff Profiles into Twitter Art WorkTwarks can also create logo’s, banners, ebook covers and loads more. All that is required is for you to give her a call via her contact form. You can hire Liane today and expect the results within no time.

Reasons Why To Choose Twarks

  • Highly professional work
  • Elegant & stunning designs
  • Use of beautiful typography
  • Value accorded to each client
  • Highly reasonable rates
  • Unlimited revisions, and lastly
  • Pay only when you’re happy with the design

Twarks Design Questionnaire:

Twitter username:
PART I: About Your Tweets

  1. What are you tweeting about most of the time?
  2. What are the blogs/websites that you connect with your Twitter account?
  3. What are the specific categories that you fall into?

PART II: About Your Design

  1. What do you want to be the general theme/look/feel of your design
  2. What should be the main colors that I should use?
  3. What should be the color of the background?
  4. What kind of image/s should I place? (if only you want to place certain images). Note: please send me the image links (or files) of the images or logos that you want to place in your design.
  5. What kind of artistic stuffs am I encouraged to do?
  6. Anymore specific instructions?

PART III: About the Contents
Please write the “texts” that you want to be included in your background. You can also tell me the position (e.g. left, right, upper-right etc) that you want it to be located.

Here are the possible text that you might want to place:

  • About Me
  • My websites
  • My services
  • My products
  • Other social media accounts
  • Contact information
  • Work
  • Quotes
  • What I tweet about

Tip: I suggest you to be ‘frugal’ with your texts. Just shot bios and other important info will do.

PART IV: Additional Instructions
Things that I haven’t ask that you want to be taken into account in the design. And oh, it also helps if you tell me what things you don’t want in the first place.

Best Points about using Twarks

We have all seen numerous sites who design Twitter backgrounds and 99% of them require payment before they even start designing. Twarks is so different it’s not funny. Twarks only charges you once you’re happy with your design, can you believe that?

I also have to mention that the turn around time is just amazing. I sent in my request on the 20th of January and had the first draft by the 21st, I’m not kidding. This is just awesome and shows that Twarks means business. They are on a level of their own, well above the rest.

My Twitter account has been suspended again and I have logged a support ticket, when it’s up then I will update the background with the new one from Twarks.

Final Thought

If you are looking for a new Twitter background or maybe even just sprucing your current one, then give Twarks a try and supply all your details. They will not disappoint you at all, it will be the best money spent so far in 2010.
