SEO - Increase Blogging Productivity

“Keep your friends close and enemies closer”, this saying is true in the blogosphere as well. We need to analyse our friends and other bloggers SEO tactics and traffic building source. Here comes the most useful SEO plugins for firefox. As you all know how important is  SEO for any blogger.

If you believe in “Content is king” theory only then you should change your thinking as without marketing tactics(in fact SEO tactics) you won’t see any traffic in your dashboard. It is also necessary that we should target the social networking websites to maximize the result. Let’s jump to the plugins directly without wasting too much time.

1) SeoQuake

SeoQuake: SeoQuake is the Firefox plugin that lets you check number of SE parameters of any website. It can show various SE parameters like Google PR, Google yahoo bing indexed pages, whois information. But the most important use of it is to check the keyword density of your friends website.

SEO Worker:  Want to spy your friend’s targeted keyword? Download SEO Worker analysis tool which gives you detailed information like General stats, meta tags, keywords found in anchor tags, keywords found in “alt” tags, keywords found on the page, URLs on the page and lot more. Why do we need any SEO expert when we have a plugin like SEO Worker.

3) SenSEO

SenSEO: SenSEO (sensational SEO) helps you in on-page SEO optimization. It follows the guideline of Google Webmaster Tool. It offers you keyword suggestion tool from where you can choose the best keyword or keyword phrase that can yield in best search engine result. It also helps to analyze the on-page SEO criteria.

You must install Firebug add-on before installing this plugin.

There are many more SEO plugins for Firefox but the above plugins are the most essential firefox plugins for any blogger. I am sure that with this plugin you don’t need to consult any SEO expert.

Final Thought

So, do you currently have one installed? Would you give one of these SEO plugins a try? I would like to hear feedback about the plugins as then others learn from your experiences.

Ah, been quite some time since my last visit to George’s blog. Feels good to be back. :)

So far, I had SEOQuake and it works great. I am downloading the other 2 listed here as I believe they are as useful as SEO Quake. However, I do worry that adding too many plugins might slow down my browser. Well, I guess there’s only 1 way to find out. :)

Sire December 3, 2009 at 6:04 am

I have always been an avid fan of SEO Quake. Too bad they don’t have a Chrome plugin, as that’s what I’ve been using lately. Perhaps I should give Firefox another go to see if it’s quicker than what it was.

George Serradinho December 3, 2009 at 8:05 am

@Sapan – welcome to myblog then ;) I’m using a WP plugin and some code and it displays it. The plugin is called ‘Popular Posts’ by Rob Marsh. You will also have to download ‘Post-Plugin Library’ plugin for it to work. Other plugins from Rob that I’m using here are ‘Recent Posts’ and ‘Recent Comments’. They are just as cool.

Let me know if I must supply the code to you, you can use my contact page.

@John Paul Aguiar – thanks for stopping by. Let me just say that Firefox is Fx and not FF, many people have that problem. Fx is amazing and many users love it and the add-ons are really what makes Fx great and easy to use.
