I would like to say that Serradinho Blog is approaching the 5,000 milestone for comments and it’s all thanks to all my fellow blogger friends, subscribers and visitors. Without you all, this would not be possible.
Serradinho Blog has gone through many changes since the start and I would like to think I have matured a bit and feel more confident than ever. We have had numerous posts covering a wide range of topics concerning WordPress, Thesis theme and customizations, free downloads and blogging tips.
Serradinho Blog Approaching 5,000 Comments Milestone
It just feels like yesterday when Serradinho blog reached 1,000 comments milestone. Ok, it was in June when we broke that milestone and it has just taken a few months to take that number to almost 5,000. I’m smiling from ear to ear now. You can’t see me, but I am I swear.
This is just a short post to say that we over the 4,900 mark and I hope to hit the 5,000 milestone before end year. Yes, before 1st January 2010. I think the milestone is attainable, but I will also be keeping an eye on the comments. I will be as strict as I have been in the last few weeks.
Let’s do this together and break my milestone. It would make me really happy and end off 2009 on a high, like all things should. If broken before 2010, the new target for 2010 will be 12,500 comments. Might be high, but it can be reached.

Haha yea, almost reach there. Between, after changing my blog to Dofollow, the comments obviously increased, it has more than 10 comments a day right now. I’ll need to spend more time handling all of the comments.

@Lee Ka Hoong – good to know that. My blog is Dofollw, CommentLuv plugin installed and also shows your Twitter username. So in all, my blog offers a lot to the users. Make sure you take time out to check the comments as some might take a chance.

Out of interest, how many posts have you done? And does that 5,000 include your own comments?
Still, it’s an awesome achievement, nice job. I’m also certain you’ll get that many comments next year too. The first year is always the hardest, so you should hopefully see your blog growing with more comments soon!
