Just a quick reminder that WordPress 2.9.2 is available now and you can update. Yes, there is another update and this is a must for most WordPress users out there.
Apparantly Thomas Mackenzie alerted WordPress to a problem where logged in users could peek at trashed posts belonging to other authors.
If you have untrusted users signed up on your blog and sensitive posts in the trash, you should upgrade to 2.9.2. This has got me thinking .....

Guess what? There is a new release of WordPress and it’s version 2.9.1. If you are using WordPress, then I suggest you upgrade ASAP as this version fixes many bugs.
Many of you will have noticed the message to upgrade to WP 2.9.1 when you logged into your dashboard. I can’t say that I was surprised as many users gave feedback and there was a few bugs that needed to be fixed.

This is just a question I would like to know about other WordPress bloggers. When we log into our WordPress backend, we are taken to the deault dashboard where there are different widgts displaying information from WordPress, plugins, comments, etc.
This question is to know what widgets you are showing. I know some plugin developers are using this area to display a widget showing information from their site (RSS feed) or on the plugin itself (updates). .....
